AMAZING ILLUSTRATORS!

I forgot to mention another source of inspiration for me: books for children. There are some wildly talented illustrators and artists who work with these books. The Swedish book Siv sover vilse by Pija Lindenbaum is so amazing in all its rich colors and the play with perspective and light.

Another favorite illustrator/artist is Natalie Ascencios, who made the image on the left. That rich paint makes me very happy. The layers, the colored under paintings. Always with a unique perspective.
